Receipt from the pharmacy

Cancel order

Cancellation of the application by Al ShafiPharmacy: Reserves the right to cancel the application for any of thefollowing reasons:

5- The customer does not attend or is delayed for more than 72 hours to receive his order when he chooses to pay at the pharmacy for the service of "receipt from the pharmacy".

Cancel the request from the customer: To continue the process of canceling the order, you should contact us first. You can cancel your order for any of the following reasons:

Replacement and recovery

Exceptions:

The products disbursed cannot be recovered or replaced by medical insurance.

If the product is returned due to a product defect, defect from the manufacturer, damage during product delivery or incorrect/faulty product delivery, no additional charges will be charged for shipping service or bank transfer fees. If returned for other reasons (the customer needs to switch the product or the customer's desire has changed in general) shipping or bank transfer fees will be charged to the customer.

When preparing to return the product, the product must be in its original state with full accessories and an attached instructions booklet.
