Terms and Conditions – Alshafi Medical Company

1. General

These terms govern all purchases made at Alshafi Medical Company, whether in-store or online. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Prescription Medications

Prescription drugs will only be dispensed upon presentation of a valid prescription from a licensed medical professional. Alshafi Medical Company reserves the right to verify prescriptions and refuse service if necessary.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue items without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made at the time of purchase using approved methods (cash, card, or digital wallets).

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided the items are unopened, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original invoice.

Milk-based products may be returned within 24 hours only from the date of purchase, under the same conditions.

Refrigerated products are non-returnable.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Customer data is handled in accordance with Saudi data protection laws. Alshafi Medical Company does not share personal information with third parties except as required by law.

7. Liability

Alshafi Medical Company is not liable for misuse of products or failure to follow medical advice. Customers are advised to consult a healthcare professional before using any medication or health product.
